BLS-AED-SRC course.

Train your employees to recognise cardiac arrest, raise the alarm, perform chest compressions and use a defibrillator. The course takes place on your premises, in small groups, and leads to a certificate recognised by the Swiss Resuscitation Council.

Assess and alert

Scene safety, assessing the casualty, calling 144, recovery position.

Resuscitation

Recognising cardiac arrest, chest compressions and rescue breaths for adults, children and infants.

Defibrillation

Using an automated external defibrillator, two-rescuer teamwork.

Choking

Management of choking in adults, children and infants.

Scenarios

Realistic scenarios in your environment, if possible with your own defibrillator.

Assessment

Practical assessment according to the BLS-AED-SRC algorithm and issue of the certificate.

Good to know

The BLS-AED-SRC course does not replace full company first aider training.
The certificate is issued to participants who have completed the whole course.

How much does a BLS-AED-SRC course for a company cost?+

From CHF 190.– per participant for the full course on your premises, all inclusive: equipment, SRC certificate and travel. The refresher is offered from CHF 140.– per participant.

Can the course take place on our premises?+

Yes, that is the standard format. Participants learn in their real environment, with their own defibrillator if the building has one. Equipment is provided; a room of about 20 m² is enough.

How long is the certificate valid?+

Two years. Guidelines evolve and skills fade: a refresher before expiry keeps a real level of competence.

Do you offer courses open to individuals?+

Courses are organised for groups: companies, associations, public bodies. For an individual request, get in touch: it can be grouped with other participants.
