Vitalis Sécurité attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023).

This website only collects data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • First and last name
  • Professional email address
  • Phone number
  • Subject of the request
  • Description of your need in the free-text message
  • Technical IP address linked to the form submission, used only for security and abuse prevention

This website uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics tools. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Purpose of processing

Data collected through the form is used exclusively to reply to your quote or information request, prepare a scoping discussion, follow up your request and prevent technical abuse.

Retention period

Contact data is retained for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Data relating to an effective mandate is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability or object to processing by contacting info@vitalis-securite.ch. A reply is provided within 30 days.

Security

Connections to the official domain are encrypted via HTTPS. Form data is processed by the website contact script and sent to the professional address info@vitalis-securite.ch. It is not resold or used for advertising.
