  • A summary for the committee or management when several buildings are inspected.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a building safety analysis cost?+
From CHF 690.– for a standard residential building, visit and report included. For several buildings in the same estate, the price per building decreases. The quote is free.
Who is responsible for safety in common areas?+
The owner is liable for damage caused by defective construction or inadequate maintenance of the structure (Art. 58 of the Swiss Code of Obligations); the property manager acts on the owner's behalf. A documented safety survey shows that risks have been identified and addressed.
Can you help us before a playground inspection?+
Yes. The preliminary check identifies defects, proposes corrections and verifies they have been carried out before the inspector's visit.
