For standard mandates in French-speaking Switzerland, travel is included in the quote. Multi-site or distant cases are clarified before validation.
Do you accept mandates from public bodies and municipalities?+
Yes. Vitalis Sécurité can support municipalities, schools, care homes and public structures depending on their needs. Documents required for public procurement can be provided when the mandate requires them: formal quote, independence statement and available administrative documents.
What guarantee applies if the deliverable does not match the approved scope?+
The report is revised at no extra cost when the deliverable does not match the agreed scope. The rule is simple: the quote defines the expected deliverables, and any gaps are corrected until the report matches what was approved.
